Very true.
Our malware fighters don't usually get appreciated enough for what they volunteer to do.
They get some that I've read that get downright rude, almost like the poster feels that their service is a requirement provided by the site.
Posts like yours is always welcome to them, I can only assume.
I feel glad knowing that this quality of assistance is here if I ever need it.
