Just Got New Win7/64 Laptop At A Day Program!

Hi! I recently got two new laptops at a day program to replace one that wasn't working. I couldn't do much on either, as the Administrator accounts were locked. Yesterday, an IT person there was able to fix one of them, but it was the worse one that had a lower screen resolution and less hard drive space. It's still okay, though, and I've been stuffing it over the past two days. I installed 8GadgetsPack on it and liked it. I also like its Aero GUI over Win11's. For some reason, it seems to be faster than Win11. One question: I don't have my gadgets always on top. How do I access the gadgets without minimizing all windows/showing the desktop? BTW, the laptop in question is a Win7/64 laptop, I think Home edition.
