Thank you. I do have a post I need help with but not familiar with this site yet. Maybe as I seem to be a private (???) you could direct me. I'm looking for a program other than Dr. Watson to try and figure out why a program is erroring/crashing on me. One that would create an easy log file?

Second, I get a spoolsv.exe error when I use remote desktop, but at no other time??
