Can't thank all of the great people on this system for saving my life after the passing of my Dear Wife on 3/12/09. I still don't have the list of names correctly and can't send PM's to you all. Just off the top of my head Darlene, Halo, Plodr, Sherpaprime. Joey off the street thank you for reminding me. Frapper thanks for the site that is saving my life. As "Red Skelton" used to say "Good night and God Bless."

I can't imagine the passing of a loved one. I've had people close to me die, but nothing would compare to an immediate family member. My grandfather died in January and it was tough enough. One of those died in his sleep without being sick kind of things. I posted about it back then with the song "Sloop John B" that reminded me of him. I think this is the song I'd use if I lost someone close to me, wife or parent. Here's to your recovery though you'll never be the same, stay true to however you want to come out of it, and you'll find your way in time.

Hey its a very difficult time losing a loved one and one thats been with you for a long time, sadly I would love to say you will get over it, alas thats a falacy many will say, it may get easier, BUT one thing you have to cherish is the great and fun times you both had.... never loose those memories, as these memories will keep you going as will family and friends.

If you need a sort of stranger to just vent and chat to I have Private Messaged my email address to you as I will listen, one of my good points and do same for RL friends.

so just holler if you wish to chat

    David
