I have a liquid cooler on my cpu and I just want to know if I can leave my pc on 24/7 without causing any problems?

    Many Thanks

Should not cause any problem if the water cooling kit is a good brand.
My games box is is dual circuit water cooled (CPU and graphics card) and last week I replaced the Eheim water pump. It had been running 24/7 since 2011. The only thing I would do is to put some temperature monitoring software to shut the pc down if it overheats. Of course you can always leave it to overheat and the CPU will shut everything down but by this time damage may already have been done.
There are many temperature monitoring programs and I use an old one called Real Temp GT 360 and it is configured for sensing on 6 channels. Like many others Real Temp allows you to create the temperature trigger points and mine are set for 60°C as the system typically runs at 31°C or if working hard on a hot day may get up to 42°C
My pump failure is the first problem on this system since it was built and it still has reasonably good performance as the i7 Extreme CPU has been overclocked to 4.6GHz all of its working life.

Is your liquid cooling a custom system or one of the all in one sealed systems like the Corsair, Silverstone, Antec, Thermaltake or CoolerMaster units?

Cooler Master is a great brand and usually their stuff is very reliable.
I don't see any problems running it 24/7.
Just a little tip as I have been running several systems (upgraded several times) 24/7 since the late 1990's and dust is the killer for cooling performance. Get into the habit of at least once a year blowing all the dust out of the system. If you are in a dusty area consider doing this twice a year.
Preventing problems is much easier than having to fix them ;)
