jv16 PowerTools as Open Source

    I thought that the initial post announcing jv16 going open source (free) was based on getting enough 'likes', now it is a ransom demand for 100k? If the program is making that much money on its own, does this sound like a grab? I often donate a good sum to free programs if they accept donations. That should of been the way they release it.
