First off. I would like to thank all the persons that helped me out with the last problem I posted here. Everything came out nicely thank you.

Now I'm having a problem with Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 file version 17.0.0.611.0.
And Kaspersky customer service is of no help what so ever. All they kept on saying was "We've never heard of that happening before". And then they tell me to do things I have already done (reset permissions ...etc...).

First, I had no problem downloading the file BUT when I tried to install it I got the following message - "Error 2730 - Error installing driver KLiM6.sys_x64 Error code -2147024891".
After a lot of work. I finally got it to install but my system continuously crashed and I had to do a uninstall. Even with a reinstall afterwards my system continued crashing (now I run avast just to be safe).
Any ideas on how I can fix this and install Kaspersky and not crash?

Just an update with this problem.
The latest from Kaspersky customer service.

The reason (or so they are telling me now) is because of 3 programs I have on this machine.
    - Baidu PC Faster
    - IOBIT Uninstaller
    - Super Anti Spyware
They tell me that these programs are causing a conflict with Kaspersky and preventing it from doing a proper download.

    Really?
Programs I've used with past versions of Kaspersky and never had any problems are now causing problems with a newer one?

Hey I'll try it but I can say right now that I will never again buy a Kaspersky product.

    Okay. Update on Kaspersky.
I deleted Baidu PC Faster, IOBIT Uninstaller and Super Anti Spyware.
    No difference at all.
So I figure I have nothing to lose now so I start digging deep into Program Files and start checking on anything to do with Kaspersky.
    What a surprise.
I find a Kaspersky file that didn't delete with all the others. And boy oh boy was it ever a corrupt file.
    avp.exe
Had a heck of a time getting rid of it but I finally managed (shred and over write with ones and zeros did it).
And after a reboot no more crashes.
Sent an email to Kaspersky about it. That was almost a week ago and other that an automated reply, no answer.
    Kind of figures.
Anyways, I will never again buy any Kaspersky product or recommend them.

    Done ranting.
    Carry on.
