Kazaa v2.7 Problems

I got tired of the UPGRADE NOW every time I was using Kazaa, so I finally did upgrade ( I dont remember what version I had before v2.7).

AAAAHHHH

I want to go back! I hate this version, it messes up my PC every time I try and use it. In fact I dont use it hardly now.

I have WIN 98/DSL and everytime I start Kazza my PC screen flashes twice where all my icons flash away, then kazaa opens as slow as molasses... I mean I could walk away and go make dinner. Then once it opens, clicking on the tabs SEARCH, etc. it doesnt change anytime soon... I could die quicker than it changes.

Long story short, I deleted the old version and I dont know enough about PC to know what is getting in the way of kazaa working properly.
