kazaabegone problem

Very new to all of this. I'm trying to get all the spyware off my computer but can't some Kazza stuff out. Here's the problem, everytime I try to download a program to get rid of it they open in word and come up all scrambled. This only happens with programs like kazaabegone and other one specific to this problem.

I wouldnt really recommend kazaa, there is a version called kazaa lite, that has no spyware/adware etc, available for download here:Kazaa Lite

First I would unistall kazaa then scan your system withAd-Aware. After that install K-Lite and be at ease

What programs have you used already? I have never had that happen to me...

Hi Shadow what your describing sounds kind of strange, however a lot of problems occur when Kazaa is still running in the background
Use task manager to make sure you end any Kazaa related processes before attempting removal
