KB 954430 Will Not Stay Loaded

KB 954430 nag has been popping up for the last several months asking to be loaded. Each day it is loaded (at turn off of computer) and on the next start up it asks to be loaded again. I have read and performed the MS "fix" for this but the same problem persists daily. Research shows that other people have had the same problem but so far no one has found a solution. Anyone have any ideas?
