KB936181 Update

Hi,
I have downloaded and installed the KB936181 update several times. Yes I evan have restarted my computer afterwards, but the update still continues to display as needing to be downloaded and installed. My system states that it has downloaded and has installed the update, but it remains as an update to download and install.

In The MS Update page The "Update History" it shows has installed all OK

To stop same informing me to download and install same again I have disabled it in the Upate's Search using "Custom"!

Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

The Fix from "maybeok" for KB936181 Update

I Found a Fix!

Uninstall the Parser (MSXML 6.0 Parser (KB933579)),
Uninstalled the MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB936181)
Uninstall the MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB927978)- [the previous Version]
If you have the previous KB936181 in Add/Remove you must uninstall this otherwise you may have the same problem again.

Restart computer,
Then use auto-update to update the (KB936181)

Noticed on first using the "MS Update" The page installed an update access MS Update program?

The KB936181 now shows in Add/Remove

The KB933579 and the KB927978 is not now in Add/Remove [These being of a older "MS Update" and by removing these old updates overcome my problems?]
