   Re-install the keyboard driver from Logitech, if you have a logitech KB or Mouse, is this a laptop? if so again goto Compaq and get the updated or available keyboard driver.
   
   
   as for Startups, I tend to like the one built into MS Antispyware.... works pretty well but an online listing try here
