keenval.e Please help

I ran AVG a while ago and it detected the Keenval trojan. I had done everything I was told to do via another security forum. When finished I ran AVG and Norton and neither one picked up anything. Yesterday a window came up that my system was not configured properly and I should undo all my changes. Which I did not. Then a had another window pop up telling me that keenval.e was in one of my files. I sent a hijackthis log to that security forum, they tell me they no longer use hijackthis, and that it appears my system is no longer usable. Please help me, can I send you my log?? Think you might help me make my system usable again??

Please work thru this all the steps in this Sticky thread < READ ME FIRST: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal > If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.
