keep getting error !!!!!!!

i tried to snapshot of doc but alt/print screen and nothing happens . i downloaded laminetine screenshot but it keeps getting error mess : operation not allowed on a empty ole container WHAT DOES THIS MEAN HOW CAN I FIX

 

Hi Bern - I think that the combined brainstrust here need a little more info. Firstly what OS are you using and what are you actually trying to take a snapshot of?. if we all start from there i can guarantee you that the mob on this site wil come up with a solution for you.

well i am running win xp pro and i am trying to take a s/shot of my process running but this error message comes up no matter what i am trying to take a snapshot of

 

press alt-Prnt Scrn then open up something like Adobe Photoshop or even M$ Word and then in your document, just either press CTRL-V or Edit/Paste and it should show up...

The error sounds specific to that screen shot software
