Keep getting Explorer invalid page faults when doing anything

Any ideas??? Here is my log file

If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.

 

I already ran all those and got a bunch of things when running the adaware and spybot but the explorer error still pops up. I made sure the versions are up to date and everything was updated. Thats why I tried the Hijack this log for help.

 

ok, but did you follow our instructions number for number or did you randomly try stuff for effect. It is IMPORTANT that you follow the readme exactly and do as many steps as possible. DON'T skip them because it's too lengthy or because you ran one of the programs already. Pretend you never scanned your machine and follow all the steps.

Failing to do so can and often does result in the inability for us to properly and quickly help you fix your machine.

if you completed it as suggested, that's fine.. but you didn't explicitly state that you followed all the steps provided which leads to confusion.

Post your log again.
