Keeps Losing Internet Connection!

Hey all

I am having some problems maintaining a wired internet connection, an i'm literally praying that someone can help me here!

Suddenly the connection will drop, and the only way to do it is to disable and renable the powerplug plugs for it. I use Devolo 500 ones with built in noise filters.

I know this isnt an issue with the powerline as this happened previously with my TP-Link 500 ones, and is the reason why I bought Devolo ones. I also have other things connected to them and they dont lose connection.

I have tried removing my NetGear GA311 network card and connecting via the computers integrated LAN port, and its still just the same.

I never had this issue with Windows 7 I might add, but I have no way of knowing if Windows 8,1 is causing it. Can anyone suggest anything please? Below is my ipconfig
