I read the racing form and looked at that horse and I didn't like it at all.....go figure!! My hubby and I are thinking of going to the Preakness in 2 weeks....:hyper

I don't know if they were talking horses, riders or what.

 

If the rules are anything like the Epsom Derby, it's three year olds only, any gender. So a horse can only win the race once.

 

not necessarily - last year the only filly in the race broke down....remember "Eight Belles"? She was the only girl......

 

That was a fantastic race!! They highlighted it yesterday and had lots of good things to say about her. Corel didn't (from what I could see) get after her with the whip......he paced her well and when she needed to go she went!! Since Corel rode the Derby winner there is no chance that he would ride Rachel Alexandra in the Preakness.....he will stick with his winner!!
