Kerio F/W...Aaaaaargh!!!! Cant connect..

On reccomendation from MG,Ive installed Kerio f/w basic.Great stuff.I install it as basic(Im not a full geek yet..)
Im having a torrid time connecting to anything from Firefox,I.E.,Outlook....
I was rather lucky I got to post this desperate plea for help..
Can someone please direct me as to what the problem is here??
Never had these probs with MS f/w std.

O.S.Win xp pro.sp2.
Compaq nx9010.
1G mem.
2.8G cpu

3g connectivity.

 

I tried to use the Kerio firewall recently. I had to remove it because I could never make it work properly. I think it is a fairly good program and I will monitor your request in the hope someone can help us both! I have also tried Agnitum's Outpost Firewall and ran into the same problems. Good Luck!
