    Hi there,

I use Windows ME and have just upgraded to Broadband. Recently I keep getting the maessage 'KERNEL CAUSED A GENERAL PROTECTION FAULT IN MODULE KRNL386.EXE AT 0001:000075a8'.

I have run Norton, Spybot, Adaware (after live updates) along with a windows update but I keep getting the little bugger. The only thing you can do when you get it is power off and it is very frustrating.

    Please can you help?

    Many thanks,
    Paul

I have encountered similar problems as described HERE . I won't have time for a couple of days to really dive into this but you might want to check it out. I'll be watching your progress and will steer you toward anything I find as well.
