kernel32.dll problem

i recently added a tv card to my computer and the program on the cd that came with it is called tview99. whenever i click it to open up the program it says
tviewer 99 application: astv99.exe - entry point not found. The procedure entry point SUnMapLS_IP_EBP_16 could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll.
if anybody knows how to fix this problem please post. i really need to use this tv card.

 

Try deleting your temp files, see if that does it.

im not exactly sure how to delete my temp files. can you tell me how?

 

I'm sorry, should have been more specific.

1. From the Windows Start menu, go to Settings, then Control Panel.

2. Double-click Internet Options.

3. On the General tab, click the Delete Files button.

4. When prompted, put a check next to Delete All Offline Content and click OK.

5. Click the Clear History button.

6. When prompted, click Yes.

7. Click OK to close the window.

8. When you have removed all temp files, restart the computer.

that didnt help. the card still needs a driver, but when i put the cd in it installs the program but no driver. when i click it, it first has a symantec error or something then the kernel.dll error comes. do u no how to fix this?

 

Temp files was only thing I thought might cause it, you will get other suggestions I'm sure.

Try this in the meantime. Do a search for the file on the software CD, or you might locate it here, http://www.driverguide.com/
