Kernel32 erorr

I have a problem with some of my programs. When i open the shortcut the following message appears:
"the procedure entry point SMapLS could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll"

When i click "ok" another message appears: This program isn't working anymore, we are searching for a solution. But no solution was found.

I had several erorrs before: WINMM.dll, msimg32.dll, en WSOCK32.dll were not found. So i downloaded them and put them in my windows folder. Untill the kernel32.dll erorr was there.

I get this erorr with games and other big installed programs. Just like photoshop etc.

I have running windows vista 64bit.

Can someone help me?

 

Well, i have had this erorr many times. I heard of many people who had the same erorr with photoshop. So i installed it and i had the same erorr.
Just to test. Don't need it anyways. ;p

 

The strange thing is that not all programs have this erorr. 50% of the games I have, has this erorr.
