@ key

    When i want to press ( @ ) on my keyboard, i have to use the ( 2 ) key pad,
    How do i change this so the when i press the @ key it should be the @ comes up on screen.

    HI

    So shift + ['@] key doesnt work as intended.

    What Windows version and Service Pack (is your windows fully up to date as some hotfixes fixed issues with keyboard layouts in some Windows versions) do you have and what Keyboard make and model?

    If you go into Control Panel and then Clock, Language and Region\Language\Language options is your set to English (United Kingdom)?

    Is caps lock on by chance? If not, could you try another keyboard to see if you keyboard is malfunctioning?

    you need to change the keyboard layout as it under English (United States) and you need to change it to English (United Kingdom) it is under control panel but you need to select it twice as it won't do it first time and then restart the computer and your @ key should be in the right place.
