Keyboard acting weird

Hello,

I am using a Lenovo laptop. However, lately my keyboard is acting up. It tends to delete (backspace, to be clearer) characters I type (at random). And, I need to press that key more than a couple of times to get that character in.

Not sure what the issue is. Please help. :banghead

Could you also tell me the exact model of your Lenevo please as this help in finding the correct service manual for your machine, as we may have to run through the removal of the key board.
