   Dell Inspiron 6000, boots to diagnostics, and says the keyboard has a stuck key. This error persists even when new keyboard installed. Any suggestions?

   I looked through the diagnostics errors and can see nothing about a stuck key.

   I suggest you email Dell. Support through email should be free. Tell them your laptop boots to the diagnostics and the error you get it not included anywhere. They might be able to offer suggestions.
