Keyboard Issue

I've just done a reformat on my PC and installed all the relevant programs and stuff... But my keyboard 'media buttons' seem to not work outside of the media player... for e.g. I want to change a song from iTunes without being in iTunes... It worked before I reformatted and doesn't work now. When I first got the keyboard I just plugged it in through USB and there was no CD installation involved, so I'm not quite sure what the problem is or how to fix it... I have a logitech keyboard as well if that makes any difference.

In Media PLayer there is a sync button on the toolbar. Have you tried this to synchronise your iPod with the PC?

 

Thanks for the reply but I don't need to sync an iPod to my PC... All I want to be able to do is change/pause/play/stop songs outside of iTunes... Mute seems to work fine, though.

 

Have you contacted Logitech support? They were very helpful to me when I was installing a Cordless Desktop MX3200 laser set of keyboard and mouse, recently. Bazza

www.logitech.com

and go to "Support" or "Contact us", or whatever is on their website.

Check out any paperwork, or CD, that came with your keyboard.
There are probably addresses and phone numbers listed there. Bazza
