Keyboard problem (not obvious)

This is a weird problem

When I boot up my PC, I get this error

The problem is that when I am playing a game or listening to music, any keyboard activity will distort the in game audio or the music

When I hold a key down on my keyboard it makes the audio jittery, it slows it down

This will only happen 50% of the time when I boot it up

I am using:

mobo: asus a7n8x-e deluxe
amd 3200+ cpu
1.5gb kingston pc3200 ram
geforce 6800gt gfx
microsoft keyboard with drivers

Any ideas geeks?

 

seem to have fixed it by replacing the cmos battery and disabling the raid controller
