keyboard problem

sorry for posting so many problems lately, my friends keyboard is messed up though, his numbers and symbols will not work, its not a loose chord and it's not because of number lock, any other possible reasons or solutions?

 

alright ill suggest that then, no other possibilities though? He says he spilled nothing, but he has siblings so it's possible.

 

Take yours over and plug it in. I keep and old one around as a spare to help elimiate it as the problem (which usally points to the keyboard).
