Have you looked under Keyboard on the Control Panel - that's where I set up my hotkeys. :)

If you check the Microsoft site for Intellitype software for your keyboard model-name, that might do it, but it's huuuuge for what you get out of it (like 25+ MB -- for a few keyboard keys?!?!).

Another, smarter alternative is to get and install TweakUI (or TweakUI XP if you're running XP) from Microsoft (I don't have the URL: Google will find it for you). That's only about 250 KB, and it does a LOT of stuff besides keyboard command-keys. You'll find the keyboard command-keys under Explorer > Command Keys.

    Don't bother with keyboard shortcuts.

    Try SlickRun v3.5.3.25 http://www.bayden.com/dl/sr-upgrade.exe

I have over 150 magic word shortcuts.

Works great for me in W98SE. Haven't tried it on any other OS.

My favourite program. Essential IMHO. Cuts mouse and keyboard activity to a minimum.
    X gets me excel. IE=internet EXplorer, Av=Avast, aol=AOL, Mydocs=My Documents, expl=Windows Explorer, ETC.

You most likely need to have the software specifically for that keyboard. look on the bottom for a sticker with a make and model number. Google the manufacturer and see if they have a support page with the proper software on it.
