Keyboard Struggles

Rarely is it that a keyboard fails to function.

However, on my Lenovo t43 laptop, I have just recently begun to have issues with it, particularly in relation to computer games. When playing BF2 (and recently the Insurgency Mod) I have been killed multiple times due to my unresponsive keyboard. Oddly enough, it only occurs in gameplay and never during word processing.

For example, I will press forward, let go of the key, yet my player continues forward for a few seconds. Furthermore, I may press a few other keys that are delayed as well or do nothing after initially pressing the keys.

Any ideas? I have looked online and there just aren't many support sites that discuss keyboard issues.

 

I would say it is not necessarily a keyboard issue. What are the system specs? Have you installed any programs lately? I have experienced that myself.. caused by system lag.
