A friends new keyboard/computer will not type the question mark "?" character. Instead it's an "e" with an accent thingy. Is there a simple setting to change the behavior back to a regular question mark character?
Their new computer came with Vista.

    Thanks

Was wondering if it has anything to do with the "Regional And Language Options" that I see in XP?
    They have Vista.

    Hi Ooops

    Try this out:

Control Panel - Regional and Language Options - Languages tab - Text services and input languages - details button - should say English (United States)

I had a problem like this a couple of days ago, and it was Shanemail who relayed this to me.
