    i have a sony vaio all in one went to upgrade to win7 fron vista it will go through then blue screen and when i try to go to bios and change boot or anything elese the keyboard wont work or it jumps around

    You need to give the exact model. Also what version of the BIOS are you running?
    Some computers might require a BIOS update before a newer version of windows can be installed.
    I had to do this on an old HP laptop that I wanted to change from ME to Windows 2000. Every time I tried to install 2000, I ended up with a black screen. HP had a newer BIOS that I needed to use. After I flashed the BIOS, then Windows 2000 was successfully installed.

    it is on a sony vaio model pcg272l and it running phonex bios i dont know what verison it want let me enter the bios when i try the keyboard either freezes or jumps around everywhere its hard to do anything with no keyboard i thank you for your responce if you can offer me any advice i thank you

    First, I'd advise against updating. You have to solve the problems with the computer and the current version of Windows before you complicate matters by installing another OS.

    I put this in on the Sony page pcg272l
    and it gives me these choices:
    VGCLS30E
    VGCLS31N
    VGCLS32E
    VGCLS35E
    VGCLS36N
    VGCLS37E
    and this" Model Numbers are usually located on a sticker located on the back or bottom of the unit. They may also be listed on the product manual.".

    First, try another keyboard. We can then determine if you have a hardware or a software problem.

    all the model numbers says is pcg272l i cant get any further because the keyboard freezes or jumps all over the place

    That's why I told you to swap out the keyboard for another.

    There isn't much you can do if no keyboard will work.
