keyboards

    my computer wont reconize my keyboard when i plug it into the k.board socket,mouse either.but they both work in usb ports. any ideas ?

    What kind of Keyboard ps2 / usb?
    Using adaptors?
    Did your set up work before & now dont?

    Note you should never unplug ps2 k-board or mouse while Puter is Powered on

    thanks,its a HID keyboard,compaq model sdm454oul.keyboard uses an adapter to plug into the keyboard hole.
