Kind of lost right now

    :) Hello,
    Just logged in ( new and not sure where to post a question about Updates from HP agents. I just want to know what this is and why my pc locks up when it is running. Help

    Hi Gardengal.

    Im techgirl, welcome to the forums.

    Many reasons a pc can lock up. Try the simple ones first. maybe a virus, run a virus scan on your system. Also try running a pop up removed. One like MS Windows Defender from Microsoft. It free and it works prety good.

    There does not seem to be may other women here. WE need to help each other.
