kingston data traveler g101 32gb problem

Hi
Here is the problem i have with mu usb stick
i was formating my usbstick as the the power failed.
here are the symptoms:
when i plugin the usb the system recognizes it.
it shows the old data before formating it and the remaining free space
as soon as i click on it it goes offline and in the data management console of my windows7 it says no partition
creating a new partition fails.
hdd low level format tool tells me that the device was unplugged.
Any idea ?
