KNE20 Problem

    I am trying to install a Kingston KNE20 nic in a machine that has Windows XP Pro. I downloaded the drivers from Kingston's website, but when I go to install them, it says the system cannot open COM4 port requested by the program. I've taken the card out and put it back in and checked the bios and all of that, but I can't get it to work. Does anyone have any ideas?
