Knoppix in English?

I downloaded Knoppix and everything is in German. There is supposed to be a way to change over to English, but I haven't had any luck finding it.

Yes, there is a way. Like Phillip said, boot like that, or, ....

At the Bottom of the screen, on the "toolbar" thingy (I think Linux folks call that a "kicker"?) is there a little German flag? What happens if you click on that? Doesn't it give a choice to change to a British flag or a USA flag?

 

Thanks to both of you. I'll play around with it now that I don't have to learn a new language in addition to everything else I don't know.

 

Yet another way:
Click on the KDE icon (in the lower left hand corner of the screen)
Then click on Settings,
Then click on Control Center,
Then click on Regional & Accesibility.

Now, you can go to the two "subdirectories" under Regional & Accessibility one at a time:

1) Country/ Region & Language
and
2) Keyboard Layout


And choose the "USA" configuration for both of them...

If you try to dial up using the kppp, there is a bug, and I know the fix......
