Kodak Easy Share M1033 camera problems sending thru e-mail

:confused My Dgtr lives in Chicago. I have a 22 month granddaughter there and am getting a grandson in like 3 weeks. My daughter had the Kodak easy share camera system and would e-mail me pictures and short videos. That camera broke and she bought the Kodak Easy Share M1033 Digital Camera.
She can transfer the pics and video to her computer, but cannot e-mail them using Easy Share software thru Kodak Gallery to my hotmail account.
Is it because this camera takes HD video and Pics or is there something else we need to do to e-mail the pics and video from her computer to me?

 

Congratulations, on the forthcoming bundle of joy. Has your daughter installed the software for the new camera? Or is she using the older easy share SW. I use Canon and their Zoom Browser SW which is compatible with quite a range of their Cams. Has she got an option for Internet /mail?? If yes, what happens once, selected photos are to be mailed. Cheers...

 

On the other hand if she is using OE or MO as a default Mail client, she can select the pics from the PC, send to "mail recipient" and re-size as well
