Kodak ESP 3250 help with error message...

    My Kodak ESP3250 printer said I needed a new color ink cartridge. I bought one (the same thing I have always bought before) and installed it as usual. But I keep getting the same error message...that I need a new color ink cartridge. The printer will not print due to the error message. I tried reinstaalling the cartridge and closing the lid properly. Now what? Thank you.
