obviously my post in the other thread went un noticed. so,

i dont know weather i am a tailbong or a cannoli. i have never tasted a cannoli. tacos are ok, but burritos are better. spicy food is great. ask any other questions needed to determine what i am. now, go forth and fight for my allegance.

How about Greensleeves? I do a version of that on the 12 string, Celtic song with classical Spanish fingerpicking that would have you weeping in your pies,,,

 

I'm not sure that weeping in the pies would be very hygenic, but I would love to hear that. how do you play Greensleeves like that? I didn't know you could.

Son is learning to play on his inherited Applause, doing pretty well. Won't be SRV though...

I used to be pretty good. Played in several bands. Even played in one that fronted for Charlie Daniels in Vancouver. I haven't played professionally for many years though. I just play for my own enjoyment.

I have found out that if you don't use it ya lose it. I am so rusty now,, when I play, I know how I used to play, and hear the way I play now,, and it gets frustrating. I can still go down to the local jam joint, and outplay most,, but I'm not where I want to be.

Tape? Do they still do that? I can record right onto my computer, and digitize it, and send it in a flash. When I get to where I feel good again about the way I play, I'll send you a few original songs. I hope you will still be interested, because it might take about 20 more years,,,
