   Hi all
   
   I have a Konika Minolta magicolor 2400w printer. Every time I try to print a single page, it begins printing 2 inches down from the top of the page and continues right to the bottom edge of the page. Also most of the time the paper gets stuck as it leaves the rollers and the error button lights up.
   
   Can anyone help please?
