Kubuntu LTS 6.06

    I have installed Kubuntu Long Term Support 6.06 aka Dapper Drake.

    The download took about 35 mins on the laptop using Firefox and then dl of iso burn software about 11 mins.

    Setup in a new partition was about a 2 hr process from when I installed the CD until I had everything back to how I wanted.[/I} I could have copied my /home dir and kept everything, but I wanted a clean install and I have 160 Gig anyway.

    Very nice install with only 6 screens and a GUI.
