lag issues

well when I am playing bf2 or dod or ccs I am only in there for a few seconds and then I am back to the beginning starting all over I checked the cable to make sure it was not loose and all my conection on my system still I am having the same problems I also called comcast and they check there cable and it was running good I am ready to put my foot up the computor any ideas??? I also did ah update on everything and still the same I start playing and then I'm frozen then I am either dead or on the other side then a few sec I been kicked of the server I can really use some help over here plz thank u Bandit

 

Most likely the recent steam update effected you too.
