Language filter for DVDs

Is there any kind of DVD player software that has a way to filter out language? Not in the captions, but the audio.

 

DVDshrink will allow you to remove all the language tracks. I've never removed the english tracks, but I assume if you do, you won't hear anything.

I mean like filtering out foul language and such.

 

Ah, that would require some sort of full blown editing software. I don't have any experience doing that, hopefully someone else here can point you in the right direction.
