Laptop Contrast Problem

This would be easy to fix but none the less the contrast buttons dont work

the screen is essentialy pitch black i can tell it works because on boot i can barely see the bios screen is there anyway to fix this im not sure of the video card but here are some specs

anything else just ask im perplexed by this i cant seem to get it to work no matter what i try
