laptop Crash

Please help me if you can. I have 2 laptops and one of them I think has crashed. The one that crashed is a Compaq Presario V6000(Thats what it says on the back) its a older computer that has Windows XP Media Center 20005 Edition. Every time i cut it on it goes to the black screen where you choose to start windows normally or start it in safe mode or whatever. I've tried to start windows through all of them and it goes like its loading up then it goes to the blue screen just long enough for you to see the color and some writing then its back asking how do you want to start windows. At the load up screen if I hit F10 fast enough it takes me to a setup utility. If i go to (system Configuration) then go to (Boot Options) then go to (Boot Order) it has some USB options. I'm looking for a program if possible that i can download on a 4.0GB flashdrive/scandisk on this laptop and use it on the other laptop or if there is another way possible. Any assistance is gladly appreciated.

At the bottom of the laptop there is a sticker , you have to inform about the model even the product number ( below picture help you ) .

When Windows startup you can push f8 key entering in advanced options , there you could select automatic restart on system failure , reboot your machine :wave

I tried pressing F8 and nothing happened. On the startup menu (automatic restart on system failure) is not one of the options. The options that I have are:

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt
Last Known Good Configuration
Start Windows Normally

I tried all of them and the same thing keeps happening.I dont't know what the product number is,lol. This is all the info on here:

I did that one too and still the same thing.
