Laptop Desktop Turned Upside Down

    Dog spilled tea, only a little on my laptop. Battery was completly discharged so I forgot to" turn off". Cleaned it up and left it open turned it upside down to dry out for the night. This am when I hooked it up and re charged battery my whole desktop is upside down. It is working alright but all programs/documents are upside down. I am hoping that it is just a simple mistake pressing by
    mistake on some keys. I am using my Desktop Pc for this Query. Hope you can help. Specs: Acer Aspire, Win10Home,-64-bit, AntiVirus,AVG free edition, Mem,6.85gb, Windows Defender. If there is any more specs. you need I will post them Thank you .boneyeye
