Laptop does not recognize USB flash drive...

    I plug in the USB and it lights up but does not show up as a drive in the Explorer Folders section.

    The 'Safely Remove Hardware' option shows 'USB Mass Storage Device'.

    I also included a copy of what Device Manager shows for the USB devices in the attachment.

    Any advice or direction on how to resolve this would be most appreciated.
