    Hi all,

I have a 2.5 yr old Fujitsu laptop (E7010). It started to overheat when I connected to the AC power to recharge it after my 5 yr old son dropped it.

It is now keep freezing randomly. (It cannot even go through the POST sometimes). I called Fujistu and they said possibly board got fried, and cost me $250 to 500.

Is it really worth it or should I buy a new one???
Is there any DIY to fix it???

    Spec:
    CPU: 1.6GHz
    Ram: 512MB
    OS: XP Home
    HDD: 60GB

    Thanks in advance,

    Sang
