Laptop Help

So i just bought a laptop and it was openbox when i bought it. The person who had it before me registered it and everything and when i go to properties for My Computer, it says Registered to a DTM. Im wondering how i can change this. I tried google and found some solutions but then i came upon another problem. I have no Run in the Start menu. Oh, and one more thing. It says that the task manager has been disabled by the admin. I am the admin and the task manager was working when i got the laptop. How can i get it back?

With the XP Start Menu...
Right click the Start button | Properties |
Start Menu tab | Customize button |
Advanced tab | Scroll down and check:
Run command | Click OK | Click Apply | Click OK


With the Classic Start Menu...
Right click the Start button | Properties |
Start Menu tab | Customize button |
Check: Display Run | Click OK | Click Apply | Click OK

Ok thanks got that fixed. But what about for the Task Manager and such as it still says User Name: DMT. I changed the user name from DMT. How can i change this?
