A little water was spilled on my new laptop a few days ago it worked that day and now it makes a loud buzzing noise and wont go past the toshiba screen. I have a warranty but I didnt know if it would cover this or if this is the problem.
Anyone have this happen to them?

You should never run a computer that had liquid spilled on it. You probably shorted something out.
In a situation like that, you immediately power down and either open up the laptop or at the very least, use a hair dryer setting on the lowest, coolest setting to try and evaporate the water. You do not turn it on for several days because you want to give it time to dry up.
It's also best to prop the laptop open on its side so the water would move to one place and not spread all over the motherboard and keyboard.
